After registering will be given access to our online catalog of over 16,000 products and a Sourcing Indonesia account manager will email you to introduce themselves for all correspondence moving forward. You now have your manager and contact who is available to you 24 hours a day to answer any of your questions and the order process moves forward from there.

How to Order from our Catalog:

Register as a user on our website and you will have access to our extensive online catalog. Once you have reviewed the catalog, please place your selected items into your inquiry cart and include any notes, specifications, dimension requirements or any additional information related to your inquiry.

A Sourcing Indonesia account manager will reply to you as soon as possible with pricing quotations and additional information related to your inquiry. You now have your manager and contact who is available to you 24 hours a day to answer any of your questions and the order process moves forward from there.

How to Order Customized Products:

Please forward as much as information as possible regarding your desired product(s), including but not limited to design drawings, dimensions, use, materials, color, styles. In addition, any information related to the overall project (if there is indeed a project) is helpful, including overall design concepts and themes to help our design team come up with the right look and feel for your customized items.

Customized product design and sample development requires interactive communication between Sourcing Indonesia and the client so we will be contact with you regularly.

Please note, Sourcing Indonesia does not charge design fees or other related charges related to customized product orders.
