Quality Control

Professional quality control services are critical when purchasing furniture and home accessories and Sourcing Indonesia has one of the most experienced QC teams in Indonesia.

Our team does multiple QC checks throughout the production process including early QC checks and multiple stage final QC checks. Also, Sourcing Indonesia generally does not do AQL sampling - we inspect every single item and MC test every single item as required.

We have a team of over 15 full time quality control staff and we are growing. Unlike other agents, we do not use freelance or part time staff to inspect our clients' product. Each item is checked by a full time Sourcing Indonesia team member who is trained by and reports to the management of the company. We think this is important not only to establish accountability but also consistency in the quality and detail of our inspection services.

Reporting
For FCL orders from single factories, Sourcing Indonesia provides QC reports per inspection visit including detailed notes and imagery. Sourcing Indonesia also puts together Correction Action Reports following inspections as needed. These reports are shared with the factories in order to ensure that the same problems and issues are not repeated with future orders.

Responsibility
At Sourcing Indonesia we take our clients' orders very seriously and as a result take our job as quality controller very seriously. We work with the suppliers and factories to fix the problems we encounter to ensure that the quality is met and production time is on schedule. We provide diligent QC reporting after each inspection for our clients to review and send daily updates and questions as needed.
